The AMP is for executive directors and members of executive management teams of small and large organisations.

1. Strategic Leadership and Mega Trends

Most strategic decisions ought to be contingent on sweeping, long-term changes in politics, economics, technology, globalisation, social attributes and talent management. Remarkably, several of these trends seem to be fairly stable over the long-term, while displaying short-term perturbations. Topics include:

2. High-performance leadership and stakeholders

High-performance organisations and teams are characterised by goal clarity and commitment, role complementarity, effective communication and decision-making processes, and professional and constructive interpersonal relationships. Successful organisational leadership also derives at least partly from being able to manage the expectations of diverse and often competing stakeholder groups. Topics include:

3. Self-aware leadership and people

The third theme focuses on the individual leader and their relationships with the people they seek to lead, influence and motivate. The Advanced Management Programme allows you to reflect upon and develop your leadership strengths and confront the gaps that are holding you back from being the best leader you can be. Topics include:

  1. Charting a leadership journey
  2. Emotional intelligence
  3. Authenticity, values and motivators
  4. Effective leadership communication and leadership/executive presence

In order to be eligible for this program you must have completed a post secondary education. A copy of your resume will be required to be uploaded during the application process.

CPD certification is a straightforward process and follows an intentionally practical method that has been continuously developed over the past few decades. Certification is focused on providing the highest standards of Continuing Professional Development learning for delegates and attendees.
